Prospective Exhibitor Information

This year we are excited to once again welcome exhibitors to an in-person TexTESOL State Conference! We have several packages for exhibitors to choose from, which you can review in the Exhibitor Packages document embedded below. Interested exhibitors should register through our exhibitor registration page on Eventbrite, which can be accessed by navigating to bit.ly/TexTESOL25Exhibitors

 The deadline to register as an exhibitor is October 10, 2025, and exhibitors must pay for their package option by October 31, 2025, in order to hold their spot in the conference.
